General Terms

You must agree to all terms and conditions before your child is registered.

    • Divinity Soccer Academy – Reserve the Right to Cancel or Refuse Membership at Our Discretion at any time.
    • Divinity Soccer Academy has zero tolerance for Violent/Abusive/Aggressive/Behavior from any Members, Players/Parents and Supporters. Their membership will be cancelled with immediate effect, no matter who is at fault.
    • Soccer is a contact sport, injuries do occur, incidents do occur, however, we try our very best to have safe, fun environment for all.
    • Members can request to leave at any time as they wish.
    • We want you to register your child for a season and you pay monthly or yearly at a discounted rate. (This does not mean we cannot cancel your membership or remove your child from a team).
    • Divinity Soccer Academy are open all year round, except Christmas and New year and harsh seasonal occurrences
    • Only on Emergency, you can freeze your account, if you are not attending for more than a month must email us
    • Going on holidays for more than a month you can freeze your account by emailing
    • At Divinity Soccer Academy, we are raising the standards and asking you to do your part.
    • Divinity Soccer Academy- wants to improve your child, therefore, we want parents support and cooperation. You must fulfil all commitments to Divinity Soccer Academy.
    • If your child Does Not Attend for more than 4 weeks, we will automatically cancel the membership and remove your child from our system.
    • Divinity Soccer Academy can place players in the correct age and skill categories as the Academy coaches decide.
    • Divinity Soccer Academy has the right to change the dates of a term schedule, cancel a training, or change a venue that may be necessary.
    • The training sessions are closed sessions that only admit the players, the player’s family/guardians or identified friends. It is strictly prohibited that no video recording, pictures or photography is permitted during the training sessions.
    • The Divinity Soccer Academy materials and resources are the property of Divinity Soccer Academy and are not to be distributed or disclosed for commercial purposes.
    • All training sessions and games will be conducted in English.
    • I also consent that my child/children be included in photographs that may be used for promotional purposes on flyers, newsletters, and the Divinity Soccer Academy website

Enrollment

Enrollment will be completed once the following have been submitted online:

    • Acceptance of terms and conditions
    • The completed registration form that includes agreeing to accept the terms and conditions.
    • Payment of a registration fee using the registration form.
    • Payment for the relevant term/season using the form online.
    • Certified physical examination report within 30 days of registration

 Medical Conditions:

We are advising you the parents that our staff are NOT qualified to deal with Special Medical Conditions and Special need children. 

Our staff are Qualified Soccer Coaches. We are a Soccer Academy with Competitive Training which requires Discipline. You the Parents and guardians are fully Responsible for allowing your child to participate in Contact Sport. Training Sessions consist of group session NOT individual sessions.

 Your Child’s Medical Condition: YOU MUST DECLARE YOUR CHILD’S MEDICAL CONDITIONS to Divinity Soccer Academy.

Autism, ADHD, Asthma, Learning difficulties, Heart Problem, Operations/surgery: We train in groups, fast paced competitive and this is not a special needs individual training. If your child has the conditions listed above, it will be difficult for the coaches who are not trained to handle to conditions to appropriately train your child. Your Child Safety is our Priority and Do Not Put your Child in any Dangerous Situation. Soccer is a Contact Sport Accident do happen.

Payments: Monthly/Annually:

We us e the Bank’s Secured Online Payment System. Set up your card details in the systems on the website.

    • We will use the system will Invoice you automatically via email to pay by the 1st of each Month.
    • Divinity Soccer Academy are open – you must pay the monthly fee. Whether you attend or not. Unless on medical ground – Proof must be provided.
    • A $10 late fee, will be added to the following months invoice. As you understand we need the funds to continue our operations.
    • No Pay = No Play: Until the invoice is cleared your child can not attend training or matches.

Refund Policy:

Divinity Soccer Academy – Do not Refund After 7 day. You have 7 days to ask for refund or return a product. A product must not be used or opened from the original package.

 On Training Day (Must Follow):

    • Arrive 15 minutes early – Go to Admin Officer/Team Coach for Registration
    • Register signing starts 15 minutes before session starts.
    • Parents must be present at all times during training/matches.
    • Divinity Soccer Academy, we are not responsible for your child before or after training session.
    • Parent must drop the child at the pitch side and scan in with Divinity Soccer Academy staff member using our QR code provided. Parents must pick up the child from the training ground (Pitch).
    • Divinity Soccer Academy – we are not responsible for your child’s property.
    • Training Jackets – Properly write the child’s name on the label.

Correct Training/Match-Day Uniform:

(Monthly Checks) – Correct way prevents injuries and accidents.

    • Wear: – Jacket, Shirt, Short, Shin pads, Soccer Socks, Boots.
    • Wear Soccer Glasses- Protect your child’s eyes from accidents. We are not responsible for any accidents, as we warn you to solve this before attending.

Players Code of Conduct:

    • Must Train to Play
    • Must Attend all seasons
    • Must Attend all sessions.
    • Must Commit 100% to Divinity Soccer Academy.
    • Must come ready to training – fully dressed for play
    • Must listen to the coach
    • Must work hard
    • Should improve / learn to be positive
    • Must not switch positions on the field without the coach’s express notice

 Parents Code of Conduct: (Must Read and Understand)

    • Love your child(ren) and teach them to love each other as parental love is key in sports skills development and behavior change
    • Respect the coaches
    • Respect the referee and other field authorities
    • No Arguments or Shouting (Be a good example for your child)
    • Winning is not everything (Performance is key)
    • Let the coach do his job
    • Parents Must be present all the time.
    • Be the players’ cheer-leader at all times
    • Parents must not drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes of ALL sorts or take contraband drugs during training sessions and tournaments

Marketing, Social Media, Academy Website:

Divinity Soccer Academy will make small video clips and take pictures of the training session/match days for publicity purposes. Parents and guardians release the tournament organizers, their representatives, and any third parties involved in organizing the event from any liability arising from the use or distribution of the captured photographs and videos.

Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, our respective officers, directors, owners, managers, members, employees, agents, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties“) harmless from and against any loss, cost, damage, liability and expense (including, without limitation, settlement costs and legal or other fees and expenses) suffered or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties arising out of, in connection with or related to any breach or alleged breach by you of these Terms.

Modification of Terms

We may at any time amend these Terms. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice by us posting the new Terms on this Site. Any use of the Site or Service by you after being notified means you accept these amendments. We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Service, including these Terms, at any time. We will post the most recent versions to the Site and list the effective dates on the pages of our Terms.
